Some fixes to Greek strings

@birbilis, thanks! It's been merged and a new version of Lab framework has been deployed, so you can use "normal" URLs to access Greek translations: http://lab.concord.org/interactives.html#interactives/samples/5-amino-acids.json

One small thing to keep in mind. You can use secure https links rather than http links to access everything. The benefit of this is if someone tries to embed a model in a website that uses a secure https URL then the model will work properly embedded in that page. Otherwise it may not.
