Fix citation for telepresence. #51

@anaisgsto , the proper Chicago author-date citation for one of your sources should be:

Lombard, Matthew, and Theresa Ditton. 1997. “At the Heart of It All: The Concept of Presence.” Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication 3 (2). https://doi.org/10.1111/j.1083-6101.1997.tb00072.x.

Please note how the book name is italicized.

@anaisgsto , you should also fix your entry. The citations are not properly displayed. They are missing a final colon, as in:

[^Held92telepresence]: Held, R. 1992. ...
