Add licenses to distribution #5

Please add licenses for all third party libraries to the distribution, and update the Concordion license to be copyright concordion.org. thanks

Thanks. Would you also add the licenses for the 3rd party libraries, similar to what we do for the Java version - which are also added to the download.
