fix: extra init container

Why do we need this PR?

Fixes an issue when extraInitContainers flag is set. They were indented 8 chars which meant they fell under the volumeMounts

Can someone please take a look at this PR and resolve it? I just encountered this issue and it's currently a blocker (whatever weight that might hold) 🙏 This is currently broken even in v15.1.0 of this chart.
