readme updates for helm 3x #43

i can make a pr but not sure if you want to use the helm 3x as default

changes found so far helm install --name my-release concourse/concourse helm install my-release concourse/concourse

I think we should show both for now, Helm 2 and Helm 3. I'm not sure where the community overall is with migrating from 2 to 3.
