Bump Fly Version to 5.2.0 #60

Can we please have a new build that includes fly from the latest concourse version 5.2.0?

Issue #55 provides the permanent fix for this issue.

Sorry! Looks like the pipeline doesn't auto-trigger on new versions of fly. :thinking:

I do wonder how this is affecting you though, as the very first thing the resource does is fly sync after logging in. The last shipped version is v5.1 so it should still be able to log in.

v2.2 is out now with v5.3.0 of fly.
