readme/ci: remove `ci` #96

this directory was only used in the very beggining of hush-house, and never taken really seriously.

@kcmannem I remember you had taken the action item to automate some of the stuff on hush-house - does this PR make your life harder? (assuming we're still pursuing the automation)

in any case, we can get it back later if need - I'm finishing a revamp on the deployments, so just let me know if this is worth getting back 👍
