Add Fossil resource :) #47

Yeah, thanks for the tip, my projects are indeed a bit hidden in my Fossil instance, I should either mirror them to GitHub, or put their links somewhere they can be discovered. But also, I think most of the people interested on interacting and collaborating with my resource type will be Fossil users.

The only drawbacks will be that from the url I won't be able to detect the owner's handle nor the number of stars, so it won't look pretty on the website since I am only able to support git based repos.

Hey @ivan-avalos, sorry for the super long wait. Now that concourse/resource-types-website#240 is in, we can safely merge this PR in.

Hi @ivan-avalos, we noticed that the place where your resource type is hosted seems to be down!

https://fossil.avalos.me/fossil-concourse is giving a 500. Just letting you know!
