Add support for geolocating customer's country #774

What about pre-selecting the customers countries accordingly to their IP address?

Prerequisites:

  1. The billing_address and/or the shipping_address user attribute have the Suggest the Country from the user IP address option checked
  2. There's a configured Geolocator in Dashboard > System & Settings > Environment > Geolocation (see also this package)

Good idea, I've known for some time there's this feature in Concrete, but I've never had the request or thought to add it to Community Store.
