Test Mode #2

I am trying to use the Test Mode and I can't figure out how to use it. Can someone please make some documentation on this.

When I've tested it I've used some Paypal sand box accounts: https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/

I actually think I used two sandbox accounts, one for the merchant and one as the customer. The email addresses for sandbox accounts look something like this: sand_12345567_biz@mesuva.com.au

However for testing on live sites I still always like to do a real transaction, a test product for $1 or something.
