EWP Setting #4

When checking out I receive this error link: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=63564de1f2933&code=EWP_SETTINGS

I am using a secured site using Comodo Dragon security.

OK Still having issues. I uploaded my public certificates to PayPal, but they now need:

Downloading the PayPal Public Certificate From the PayPal Website

Click the Download button, and save the file in a secure location on your web server which can be accessed from your website code.

How do I set this up?

I've not had to upload any certificates when I've tested things. Do you need to turn off the setting in Paypal, the one that insists on encrypted buttons?

Well that worked!!!!! https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-website-payments When I was using a different store PayPal worked and it was setup up the same, but a couple months ago it stopped working too. You, sir, are awesome!
