Concrete Directory in wrong location for Concrete 9.2.9 #53

With version 9.2.9 it doesn't put the concrete directory in the public directory.

It looks like our core splitting routing didn't work for that new tag for some reason. We've rerun it and 9.2.9 should install fine now. Thanks for the report!
