Fix Insert_ID in SelectAttributeTypeOption #1929

The SelectPeriodAttributeTypeOption::add returns null if we don't save Insert_ID() to a variable first. I think it's because of the mysqli change in C5634.

yeah, I've seen a few changes regarding insert id. I think there was a problem in core commerce too.. thanks!
