Profile page: add translator details and link to profile on community.concretecms.com #68

Back in the days of the old translate.concrete5.org website we had a profile page where users could:

  1. view the details of the translations
  2. get a link to the user profile on the main concrete website (to better understand who the person is, and mainly to contact with private messages).

Let's restore those features

This PR is a really useful change... is there any reason to not publish it? @aembler @KorvinSzanto who's in charge of maintaining translate.concretecms.org?
