Switch to tagged release core and update community translate #99

This PR:

  1. Switches from 9.2.0 alpha to the 9.2.0 release https://github.com/concretecms/concretecms-core/compare/1a70c768e721995fbf8064c3bcb089f52b1e0cc5...7fa36ec9a1d37c76f249c30813edf39ef5bd0fa2
  2. Upgrades the community translate package https://github.com/concretecms/addon_community_translation/compare/1.6.6...1.6.7

Thank you! Has this change already landed on production?

PS: I think you should review the deploy process: I have to manually update the packages in the https://translate.concretecms.org/dashboard/extend/update dashboard page, but it could be automated by using the c5:package:update --all --no-interaction CLI command.

Yep this is on production, and I went ahead and ran the package update as well.

What about integrating it in the deployment process?
