The mxr-conda associated users appear to have had no activity for a number of years. I am looking to take on a maintainer role for adversarial-robustness-toolbox so that end-users and downstream consumers are not impacted by dependency drift. I am a member of the team developing https://github.com/IBM/heart-library, which has crossover members that are attached to https://github.com/Trusted-AI/adversarial-robustness-toolbox.

Given that there has been no activity here, I will likely need conda to push the associated pull request for maintainer addition as I do not believe mxr-conda will respond.
