Missing simplified_model_controller in python bindings #48

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

I have installed bipedal locomotion framework via conda but I am not able to instantiate simplified_model_controller even if the bindings exist https://github.com/ami-iit/bipedal-locomotion-framework/tree/master/bindings/python/SimplifiedModelControllers

@CarlottaSartore I have no idea what happened in the case of 0.15.0=*_3, indeed I could reproduce the problem. However, the problem is not there in 0.16.0=*_0 and 0.15.0=*_4, can you update your version of blf? Or there is any constraint for which you can't update.

Just to avoid future problems of this kind, I added in https://github.com/conda-forge/bipedal-locomotion-framework-feedstock/pull/49 checks that each python submodule is correctly installed.

Just checked, Seems like everything is working fine with 0.16, and I can see the bindings of simplified_model_controller
