new cdo cmor not installable from dev channel #160

conda search cdo -c conda-forge/label/dev

does not show version 2.4.4.

While there is a file build config yaml with a clear channel target, the ci job scripts do not reflect that, e.g. this.

Do we have to manually edit them?

The dev built is in the main channel and can be installed with -c conda-forge cdo=2.4.4=hbe50dc4_0. Fortunately, it is not the default. I for myself still would like to see the cdo with cmor installation in the conda-forge/label/dev channel.

We can leave it for now, but make sure next time, when new versions arrive, that it will be there.
