Failure when building clangdev 13.x #299

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

The following steps produce a failing build:

# From within the repository root directory
git checkout 13.x
conda-smithy rerender
./build-locally.py linux_64_variantdefault

With the error happening in clangxx test step:

This appears to be the same issue as https://github.com/conda-forge/clangdev-feedstock/issues/249, but none of the following improved the situation:

You don't seem to have the actual C++ compilers installed, and you need more than the implementation, but also the right "activation". Try installing gxx_linux-64.

Otherwise the easiest is probably to open a PR against the 13.x branch and see what happens there (and if it works, which packages get installed that you're missing locally).
