Pinning Leptonica #117

Would be great to include some sort of pinning for Leptonica. Requesting info for the tracker in issue ( https://github.com/lvc/upstream-tracker/issues/59 ).

Looks like this breaks on minor releases and even some patch releases (though not any too recent).
