arch migration PRs not actually adding aarch64 and ppc64le builds #6595

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

In https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-forge-pinning-feedstock/pull/6586 I asked the arch migration for some packages, and the PR https://github.com/conda-forge/zenoh-feedstock/pull/5 was opened. However, no actual aarch64 and ppc64le jobs were added.

Manually adding the build_platform (as done in https://github.com/conda-forge/zenoh-feedstock/pull/7) fixes the problem.
