WinError126 during package installation with conda-forge #863

Hello , I am trying to install packages with conda-forge like for poppler, "install -c conda-forge poppler" Conda run the command and prompted to download below packages but none of them is successful due to the WinError126 error. Same result for another package (pytesseract). I don't have any idea about the issue, need help about it.

Found a way with reinstalling anaconda which comes with 4.7.12 version of conda. While installing a package I faced compatibility problem so conda cannot solve the environment. Then I downgraded conda "conda update conda=4.6.12" and the issue is finally solved.
