cppcheck on Windows installs/vendors the pygments python package? #81

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

It seems that the cppcheck package on Windows also install some unrelated pygments files, see https://conda-metadata-app.streamlit.app/?q=conda-forge%2Fwin-64%2Fcppcheck-2.13.1-py310h47ce786_0.conda .

Installed packages

conda-forge/win-64::cppcheck-2.13.1-py310h47ce786_0.conda

Environment info

Not relevant.

Probably it is necessary to pass --no-deps or similar to https://github.com/conda-forge/cppcheck-feedstock/blob/main/recipe/bld.bat#L15 ?
