GCC 14.2 was released 2024-08-01.

Historically, the .2 release of GCC is the latest version for approximately a year and would be great to have available. I appreciate your time.

This contains a bugfix that allows clang19 to work with libstdc++

Backporting this fix for tzdata >= 2024b would be nice.
