The 14.2 build failed due to tzdb parsing failure with tzdata 2024b. There are two possible solutions

pinning tzdata to <= 2024a
applying https://gcc.gnu.org/pipermail/gcc-patches/2024-June/655756.html patch to gcc 14 (I'd definitely prefer this)

GCC 14.2 fixes a compatibility issue with clang - how far off is this from being mergeable? Any way I can help?
