This issue tracks incoming PRs updating to 12.5.0

Status update: The bulk of these are integrated. Some may still be building or mirroring to CDN

One hold out is nsight-compute, where we saw a test failure ( https://github.com/conda-forge/nsight-compute-feedstock/pull/25#issuecomment-2123897660 ), which we are investigating

Once that is resolved we should be able to finish up the remainder
