Delete mis-named package #14

Unfortunately, in PR #13 the package name was mistakenly set to cufflinks rather than cufflinks-py: https://github.com/conda-forge/cufflinks-py-feedstock/blob/076dcc968226f2770f5f0befe63bff36d8d67a4f/recipe/meta.yaml#L1-L7

This has now created a cufflinks package which should never have existed!

It was previously requested to not name the package cufflinks so as to not clash with bioconda: https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/6692#discussion_r219295514

Could this package (cufflinks-0.16-py_0) please be deleted since this package should never have existed in the first place and since it's highly unlikely that anyone has mistakenly used cufflinks as a dependency in this time.
