Leaving a note to keep track of things. The rebuild PRs were all closed, and the most recent reason is that we don't have the supporting cuDNN version available yet: https://github.com/conda-forge/cupy-feedstock/pull/75#issuecomment-747854388. So looks like any v8.x version supports 11.0:
