Now that we generate cuquantum-python also in cuquantum-feedstock (https://github.com/conda-forge/cuquantum-feedstock/issues/16), this feedstock is no longer needed.

@conda-forge/core Would you help archive this feedstock, now that the multi-output PR in the other feedstock works? Thanks! 🙂
