dandi is not available on conda-forge for osx-arm64 #101

I guess likely some dependency not yet available. I thought that we have dandi pkg not arch dep but I guess we just followed datalad to get tests running across all pythons/archs, so we get them arch specific now at https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/dandi/files

It looks like pyout is the only dependency not available for osx-arm64. Not urgent but would be nice to do this.

Someone would need to check why, it is just a basic python package
