Looks like upstream changed to libz-ng which requires cmake to build. Added dependency, we'll see if that fixes it.

Thanks to denoland/deno_std#3463, the tests were broken. Updated to use test from https://examples.deno.land/hello-world.

Now building except on Windows, where zlib-ng doesn't link correctly.

I would like to figure out how to fix the zlib-ng link on Windows, but in the interim, I added a patch that drops zlib-ng in favor of the default implementation when building on Windows.

One more idea to fix the windows build without changing dependencies, trying that; otherwise will go with the dropped dependency.
