Missing module?: `ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'conda_forge_metadata'` #43

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

I did:

$ conda create -n dep-salabim depfinder salabim-animation
$ conda activate dep-salabim
(dep-salabim) $ depfinder salabim                                                                            
could not get the conda-forge metadata pypi-to-conda name mapping due to error. defaulting to an internal one which may be out of date.
