Thanks, @beenje. I am not sure how the CircleCI config is used here - does not look like it triggered any jobs on the corresponding CI system. Any ideas on how to exclude it?

No, I don't know, but it's not used. It contains:

          # The Circle-CI build should not be active, but if this is not true for some reason, do a fast finish.
          command: exit 0

I guess it's still there for historical reason. It's managed by conda-smithy, so I guess we can ignore it.

Yeah, looks like it's a part of the conda-smithy provided skeleton. It's the same in https://github.com/conda-forge/bluesky-feedstock/blob/main/.circleci/config.yml.
