Invalid Current release info in README

The Current release info shows a broken link for epics-base-libs. Proper package is epics-base-static-libs. The outputs name was changed after rendering the recipe in https://github.com/conda-forge/epics-base-feedstock/pull/6

Recipe should be re-rendered.
