Issue

conda-forge version of libexpat, specifically the file Library/bin/expat.dll is flagged by anti-virus software and removed upon extraction. See https://github.com/libexpat/libexpat/issues/844

VirusTotal has 3 complaints about contained libexpat.dll with SHA256 checksum b6d8ff6f84bbb42d0f812771241edfb6ab2d846e239c601ab9286055e3e1cc51. This does not happen with the official binary release.
