Dropping custom `conda_build_config.yaml` file #54

It looks like this feedstock has adopted a custom conda_build_config.yaml file

Seems this has slowly grown over time. First in response to needing to pin a dependency and then has become more complex with each migration

Am wondering if we can try dropping this file. Then use other methods (like active migrators) to try and reproduce the same end state

Hoping this can simplify the maintenance here and make life a little easier 🙂

I have tried that in the past and could not get it to build, if you want to submit a pr that would be helpful
