I'm at a loss as to what is happening here. main branch pcre2 build did fail for Travis-CI ppc, but that should not impact the other arches.

Waiting on this

 poppler 23.10.*  is not installable because it requires
  └─ libglib >=2.78.0,<3.0a0 , which requires
     └─ pcre2 >=10.40,<10.41.0a0

my understanding is that the bot doesn't do much for dependency checks on abi migration branches, so thus why this PR came and did not generate one for main branch. Could be totally wrong.

Conda forge status page though is upset with this for libglib, so maybe we do need the main branch restarted for Travis-CI
