oh right, for nodepFalse (or did I mixup the two @notestaff ) we do not really have sources since nothing is built, so patching fails... and since in my case conda installs that standalone one -- it wouldn't help me anyways. hopefully a new release comes soon. Meanwhile I will just use extracted .deb from https://github.com/datalad/git-annex/ whenever it builds again

I guess the release updated to in #133 (at least for alldep) includes this fix, so let's let this PR RiP
