Bump build number #27

In #24 I neglected to bump the build number, so I cannot easily target the builds with the RDTSCP change I need. This PR bumps the builds number in an attempt to fix that.

Checklist

[ ] Used a personal fork of the feedstock to propose changes
[x] Bumped the build number (if the version is unchanged)
[ ] Reset the build number to 0 (if the version changed)
[x] Re-rendered with the latest conda-smithy (Use the phrase code>@<space/conda-forge-admin, please rerender in a comment in this PR for automated rerendering)
[ ] Ensured the license file is being packaged.

In case anybody needs this, here's how to pin to these particular builds. (It's build number 1, 0-indexed, but it's incremented by 100 as a hack to nudge solvers towards single-precision, no-MPI builds.)


 - gromacs =2023.3=nompi_*_101
