Missing license #79

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

Looking at the gstreamer package it seems like something goes wrong with the detection of the license. It is marked as "Unspecified" even though it is specified here: https://github.com/conda-forge/gstreamer-feedstock/blob/e5c7457218c0c0b2a01d1a2429ebf5abb631f490/recipe/meta.yaml#L228

I wonder if it has something to do with "COPYING" being referenced but not being present in this repo: https://github.com/conda-forge/gstreamer-feedstock/blob/e5c7457218c0c0b2a01d1a2429ebf5abb631f490/recipe/meta.yaml#L229
