Disable geospatial support on linux-ppc64le [v5]

As the required dependency is not available anymore on linux-ppc64le (see https://github.com/conda-forge/gdal-feedstock/issues/918), thanks a lot @akrherz to raise the problem in https://github.com/conda-forge/gz-common-feedstock/pull/30 . I do not care a lot about linux-ppc64le, but at least this should minimize the amount of feedstocks in which we need to manually disable linux-ppc64le .
