It seems like we're seeing hanging issues in Windows testing in at least 2 downstream PRs: https://github.com/conda-forge/netcdf-fortran-feedstock/pull/84 https://github.com/conda-forge/netcdf4-feedstock/pull/157

Noting that here in case others see that as well. Help or insights would be very much appreciated.

Sorry, false alarm. It's a libnetcdf problem.
