Rebuild for Python 3.7, GCC 7, R 3.5.1, openBLAS 0.3.2 #17

it looks like half of the MACOS builds still fail, so you think this would anyway build some macos packages?

WTF? It worked on my machine ... investigating.

OK, the problem is that the library files are being compiled with -std=gnu++11, whereas the extension modules are not.
