iris 1.13 broken #30

conda install iris=1.13 -c conda-forge
Solving environment: failed

PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:

  - iris=1.13
  - nc_time_axis

This is probably caused by this rename of nc_time_axis: https://github.com/conda-forge/nc_time_axis-feedstock/pull/14.
