My current understanding is that the GitHub Runners aren't powerful enough to build the entire stack:

The job running on agent Azure Pipelines 31 ran longer than the maximum time of 360 minutes.

...and the failure of a few prevents any versions from being published:

Only 4 out of 21 failed.

I'm not sure if there has been any movement since, but I'm certainly interested in CUDA 12 support (running in ubuntu wsl) :eyes:

Some feedstocks have started using Quansight CI. AIUI it involves

There may be other steps I'm forgetting, but that is at least a good starting point
