Rollback to 3.3.3 - Githubissues

As we have had some issues with 3.4.0 and zip files, rollback to 3.3.3. Should also make sure we don't accidentally produce more broken libarchive packages. Tries to use the commit below for the rollback as much as possible.

I tried to re-render for you, but it looks like I wasn't able to push to the rollback_to_3.3.3 branch of jakirkham-feedstocks/libarchive-feedstock. Did you check the "Allow edits from maintainers" box?
