Yes, I just did a quick test with only C++14, I'm using inline variables, pack fold expressions and std::bool_constant

Yes, I retagged it from 39ef092f7bf2f5134acac79ad4a1b32302d0f09f to 55a845329cbcfc5a039ded0955773e87712f06d7 after a build error on Travis, sorry, didn't know that would cause trouble here.
