Several packages use libhwloc as a dependency to extract information about the system. But hwloc package is too big and contains not only library, but executables as well, which are not needed in scenarios when libhwloc only is used.

Is it possible ti split hwloc into:

libhwloc-libs
libhwloc-tools While libhwloc still can be a meta-package which installs all the things? Users who need only libhwloc-libs will use this package in their requirements host section.
