I closed this PR because I applied the migration in a different PR. Is that a problem or will the bot detect that the migration has been performed?

Also, I only enabled the ARM build but not PowerPC because PowerPC didn't build. Should I have added a skip statement for powerpc?

hmm, there is a problem with building 1 but not the other architecture....

by closing this, the bot will think that "both" got completed.

I don't think we have a way to indicate that only 1 was completed.

"Both" or "None".
