Latest windows build causing issues for conda-libmamba-solver #73

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

Since this morning our CI is failing on Windows due to issues with the conda-libmamba-solver:

I've run a diff on the environment and the only change I can see is this:

@AntoinePrv just checking if you have an idea what might have caused this and/or if I'm barking up the wrong tree.

I think it must be #72 :(

@philippjfr I'm noticing similar failure on Mamba. Failure come at runtime though, do you have more intuition what is happening?

The new dev builds seems to work for Mamba https://github.com/mamba-org/mamba/pull/2780. @philippjfr would you mind testing channel conda-forge/label/libsolv_dev libsolv=0.7.24=*-6.
